We are organizing a new GLPI training session in March, which will take place in Paris.

Target Audience: IT technician, asset manager, help desk manager (call center), GLPI functional administrator, quality manager.
Prerequisites:
- Have a GLPI instance in-house or on glpi-network.cloud, for several months or years, running on version 9.5.x or 10.0.x
- Understand ticket concepts (incident or request), ticket management between teams, ticket lifecycle (new, in progress, resolved, closed)
- Understand category concepts (tickets related to software, office software, business software, tickets related to hardware, printers, computers, monitors, etc.)
- Know how to create a ticket in GLPI, assign it to a group of technicians or a specific person and ensure its processing, resolution, and closure
- The training includes theoretical information on GLPI followed by hands-on workshops: one workshop will be installing a GLPI 10.0.x instance on a Debian 11 server (optional and requires Linux knowledge); other workshops will be done via the GLPI 10.0.x graphical interface.
